Reflective activity helps to clear the mind - concentration leads to presence and resilience.

I am an economist and lawyer by training. However, my "thing" is yoga philosophy - that is, the focus is on the mental and spiritual aspects, not the physical.

 

Experience shows that change processes are much easier to manage when the mind is clear and balanced.

 

A deep understanding of the scriptures, meditation (concentration) and reflection lead to a clear, balanced and resilient mind.

 

It 's like sport . Only through regular training does the mind become flexible and begin to clear itself. You can either train alone, you can learn with a like-minded group, or you can hire a "personal trainer".

 

However you want to approach this, I am happy to be there for you with an appropriate offer.
